Can eReport get my shipping information from two separate eBay accounts?

Yes. In eReport, we refer to this as "User Profiles".

Under the 'Tools' menu, select 'User Profiles'. You can then create a new profile or load an existing profile.

• We suggest naming the profile the same name as your eBay ID.
• Each profile will have its own data grid and is separate from one another. You will not be able to see all of your eBay shipments for multiple accounts on one screen. They are separate.
• If you are using multiple profiles you must be sure to transmit your shipments from ALL PROFILES that require insurance. If you do not submit the shipment details to us your shipments are not covered.
