I shipped an item but it is not downloading into eReport. Why?

eBay's servers run on GMT time. If the actual act of marking the item as "Shipped" in eBay occurs in the next day GMT time, eReport will not process the shipment until the same date is reached on your computer's system clock.

Here is an example:
It is January 31st, 6:30PM and you are in California. You mark an eBay item as "Shipped"; either manually, through PayPal, or through a 3rd party tool, such as ShipRush. You then try to download the item into eReport to report it to DSI for insurance. When you download the transactions from eBay, eReport sees that shipped item as shipping on February 1st, because 6:30 PM PST is already 2:30 AM GMT of the next day. It ignores it and you do not see it in the "Items To Insure" grid. The shipped item will show up if you download again after midnight, or, anytime after 12:01 AM PST on February 1st.
