I've been using the eReport software for a couple of months now. For the past two weeks, the program does not download my eBay shipped transactions.
The first time this happened was on November 30. That time, the program downloaded my domestic shipments (shipments with tracking information here in the U.S.), but skipped my international shipments (made via USPS First Class Mail International). I input the international transactions manually, and uploaded to Shipsurance.
Today I tried to download shipments I have made from Saturday, December 5 through today, December 9. I waited a couple of days past the actual shipping, to be sure that there would be no issues with eBay time vs. my time zone.
The program appears to be getting information. It states that it is skipping duplicate records (there should be none, since the only records I manually input were a week earlier than the date range that I requested today). When the program has 'finished' downloading, the result is no new records imported from eBay.
I generated a new eBay token, hoping that might fix the problem. Nope. The shipments I have made since December 5 have all be made via USPS International First Class. None of them will import into my eReport software.
Is there anyone who can help me with this problem? Having to add each shipment manually is a real hassle!
I'm having the same problem, none of my First Class International Mail shipments will download. I had trouble in the past, sometimes having to run the download several times before they would import. Now I can't get them at all.
Are you using the most recent version of the eReport Pro software? I've been on a brief ebay-selling haiatus, and so only have used the newest version once, in response to Shipsurance's reply to my original post. The newest version of eReport Pro did import my international sales and information the first time I tried it.
If not, I would definitely re-post the problem again, and ask for tech assistance.
Sorry, hit reply by accident. The above version is the newest, except for the one that is "finished" but not in wide release. I have been using it since I started with Shipsurance about 6 months ago. My main computer is 64 bit, so at this point I have to use my laptop to run the eReport software, and it's not working too well on that either.
I am also not able to pull data from eBay any more. I've been with shipsurance for a year and everything was working well until the fall. From that point, some packages show up in eReport for Ebay, but the majority do not.
very frustrating to have to manually try to enter 50-100 packages - so, I don't.
Today - March 17/2010, I've uninstalled and re-installed the software (version 1.4 from the website) and now I can't pull ANY data. Nothing shows up - at all
I'm stuck at the Quick Start Menu - clicking the 'download auction shipment' button does nothing - nothing changes.
I wish someone at shipsurance could help me out. I have shipped 78 packages between March 1 and 17 - and not 1 shows up.
The ONLY way to have them insured is for me to manually enter them into the system. That's stupid and way too much work.
After uninstalling, try deleting the initial installation directory. This is usually C:\Program Files\Shipsurance eReport Pro. Then try to re-install the program.
Remember, your eBay transactions must be marked as "Shipped" for the program to download them. If they are not marked as "Shipped" they will be ignored.
How can I get a copy of the 64 bit software?! Having to manually input all my shipments leads to me not doing it at all and wanting to find another vendor who can do it automatically.
