I notified eBay tech support about the API plug-in problem that prevents the tracking and shipping methods from being transferred as they had been. There was a note made of this by a friendly eBay person as their records had no other similar complaints/inquiries about this issue so I gave them the listed number and asked if they could contact Shipsurance tech team and help resolve the issue. This was over 2 weeks ago and eBay seemed concerned and willing to help solve the glitch. Just asking if anyone else has contacted eBay about this and if they haven't then a few more voices might get heard. Let me know if I can do anything as I really miss having the tracking info where it should be as it used to be.
