When I tried to use the Shipsurance eBay software, a window opens saying that my eBay token had expired. I clicked on Yes when it asked if I wanted to renew it now, but nothing happened. How do I renew my eBay token?

Try clicking "NO" then once the application starts up, select "Tools" then "Setup". Next, click the "Get New Token" button and follow the steps.

Hi,

I had the same problem. I followed your directions and got to the Generate New Ebay Token window. I gave Shipsurance the authorization to use my eBay Id and then hit next and I was on ebay and had to sign in.  I was logged in to eBay and then had no instructions as what ot do next.  I never got a new token.  What am I missing?

Nevermind....

After the fifth try I finally got what I needed. Now I'm having problems with other areas of this software....like all of a sudden I have to add my carrier to the setup.....I've only been using this program for a few years and have never changed my carrrier.....and now it's stuck on calculating totals???   Has anyone every thought of rewriting this program?
