How can I insure shipments for a specific time frame?

  • Open eReport
  • Click on the "Reporting" button.
  • Check the radio button next to "Select reporting time frame".
  • Select the desired date range and click "Confirm"
  • Click the blue cloud icon for "Transmit Now" to submit your shipments.

Once it completes, make sure to set the program back to automatically transmit your shipments daily and click "Confirm".

Note: Shipments are only accepted by our system up the the 5th business day of the month after shipping occurred.
