The list in "Insurance History" is too long. Can I shorten the list?

Yes. Click on the "Insurance History" tab. Next, select the "Tools" link from the top menu bar. Select the "Archive Month" option. This allows you to Archive a entire month's worth of shipment data.

You can always view an archive by clicking on the "Show Filter" link and searching for those shipments.

Archiving shipments should increase the performance of the eReport Pro software.

You can always see the shipments that you insured/transmitted to us by visiting the Shipsurance Management Center. Visit www.shipsurance.com and click the "Account Login" link.

I feel dumb....I followed your steps "Click on the "Insurance History" tab. Next, select the "Tools" link from the top menu bar. Select the "Archive Month" option"....and then  nothing happens. What am I missing?

If you have many shipments in your history it may take a while. If you have 2000 shipments it can take up to 5 minutes.
