Problem after transferring to a new computer.

I just transferred to a new computer and I cannot get your software to work.  It installs, but when I go to get shipments this error pops up.

I have tried re-installing, but should I take other steps before installing on a new computer?  Thanks

This is the error.  I am not sure where that other stuff came from and this forum will not let me edit my post.  Thanks again.

What operating system does your new computer use? XP or Vista? Is it a 32 or 64 bit operating system?

64 bit Vista.  Now, when I start it up it also says there is a connection problem and when I hit okay it says to check updates, then it loads the rest of the way and when I try to download shipments it gives the same error as before.

Unfortunately, the eReport for eBay software does not run on 64 bit operating systems.

We are looking to release an update to it within the week.

Is there going to be a 64 bit fix or what?  Did the software get updated?  Please post an update.  I am not the only one patiently waiting.
