Problem Communicating With eBay Server

I have been unable to download my eBay shipments to ShipSurance for several days now. 

When I attempt to Download Auction Shipments, I receive the following error message:

*"There is a problem with communication to the eBay Server. Please try again in a few minutes.
ERROR:
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index"*

I assumed it was a problem with ShipSurance or eBay systems and reported it to Shipsurance on an Error Report.  The problem is still there and there has been no response from Shipsurance.

Could this be a problem on my end?  How do I fix it?

BruceB,

We have noticed a few users encountering this error and we are working on a solution. We hope to have a new version of the software released next week that resolves this problem.

Wow!  That was quick!  It looks like this is the place to go for answers!

Thanks, I'll be looking for notice of the software release.
