Hello, can someone help please. I have installed this software a few times now only to get errors. The last error was
System.NullReferenceException Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at windowsApplication1.form1.getebaydata(object sender, Eventargs e) at windowsApplication1.Form3.Button1_click(object sender, EventArgs e)
It happens when I tell it to download data. After it gets stuck trying to download the data, I close the program and reopen it only for it to tell me that it cannot connect to the internet.
What does that mean and how do I fix it. It seems to prevent me from downloading the data. Help please!
I am getting the same error. Program worked fine until I installed it on my new computer. Windows 7 / 64 bit. Please help, I use this nearly every day.
The software does not work on Windows 7 or any 64 bit operating system. We hope to have an update for 64 bit Vista shortly. however, we have no ETA for Windows 7. A list of supported operating systems is http://www.shipsurance.com/ereport_ebay.asp.
