Once in the eReport Pro program, select "Tools" then "Setup". Next, click the "Get New Token" button and follow the steps. See below.

 

 

Sometimes, after you click the "Get New Token" button, you will not see any options to continue. Make sure to press the space bar on your keyboard and it will advance. Additionally, when you get to the screen labeled "eBay Authorization" you may need to expand the screen to view the authorization checkbox. You can do this by placing your mouse on the bottom right of the popup window and increasing the size of the window by clicking and dragging.
