The right click prompt from insured items returns a screen with "Open loss Claim" greyed out.. Does that mean that this function does not work? I have an international item which was not delivered sent 1st class international.. over 45 days ago... BUT.. checking other items closed long before that yields the same result.. greyed out "open loss claim" option. If it doesn't work, why is it there? If it does work, why doesn't it?? Nick
Great question! I do not think that functionality was ever added. You can file a claim from our website here: https://www.shipsurance.com/claim_select.asp.
